The most important part about your newly purchased device(s) is to make sure the simcard always has airtime / data on. Some service provider’s use Data and others use Airtime for GPS tracking. If you run out of airtime / data the device will not function. Out of experience this is where most customers fail / forget and when they need to find their pet they can’t track the device.
We have an option which will avoid this from happening. For a mere R39 a month, payable by debit order we can manage your usage, supply you with a simcard (saves you the hassle in getting your own) and we will always ensure you never run out of the fuel required to make the device work. The R39 simcard supplied will be either a MTN (first choice) or Vodacom simcard. We secondly have a Global roaming simcard, a bit more smarter at R59pm but what it does is the simcard always connects to the best available network provider, whether it being MTN, Vodacom or Cell-C. It switches automatically between the providers. This way you will always have the best device coverage and also have a longer lasting battery life of the product.
This is not a contract in any whatsoever way and can be cancelled at any given time, it’s simply a tool we have to assist you by not forgetting to make sure the simcard always are fuelled up and ready to track your pet. This option will furthermore ensure your simcard never expires (most service provider’s cancel a normal pre-paid simcard if a call is not made by the simcard within a 60 / 90 day period).
Should you wish to make use of this service, in the check-out section tick the R39 FUEL-UP option or the R59 Global Fuel-up Option and we will include the simcard with your device. The first months R39 / R59 will be added to the total payable after which we will require you to complete a debit order mandate which will be emailed to you giving us permission to debit your account with R39 / R59 per month. This amount will NEVER increase and as mentioned, may be cancelled with a 30 day notice period. If you request us to cancel this service if you opted in for, the simcard will be de-activated from our side and no further debits will be raised against your account as easy as that.
